The owners/staff are extremely kind and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They allowed me to check in early and even let me use the onsen in the afternoon after checkout.

Hohoemino Kuyufu Tsuruya menawarkan pemandian air panas alami, 15 menit berjalan kaki dari Stasiun JR Tendo, 50 km dari Sendai. Dinner and breakfast exceeded expectations. Everyone was so helpful and polite. The room and private onsen was amazing. It was a great way to relax.

The room (I had the basic level option) was gigantic for Japan, with a huge picture window and a view to die for. To say I was blown away upon arrival would be an understatement. The hotel is spacious and uncrowded. I suspect it caters almost exclusively to the Japanese market so some instructions were on rather informal notes, or simply only in Japanese. The rate is breakfast and dinner included but also includes unlimited alcohol from 7pm and coffee/tea/refreshments all day with an icecream bar in the late morning and afternoon. The silence and sleep quality was superb as was the bathroom with shower.

All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The twin beds are firm and the bedding was nice and warm for winter. The bathroom in the room is compact and functional, and there was the option of the private bath downstairs. The food was outstanding- the taste and presentation was incredible! Be prepared for a full stomach as everything was delicious! The breakfast rice bowl (plus the other dishes) was the best way to start the day, and coming back in the evenings for a home cooked meal was very relaxing and special. I hope to come back one day.

We loved the beautiful Ryokan, the marvelous Food for breakfast and dinner and the friendly hosts. Thanks for a wonderful stay. It was my second time at Dewa San San and I can highly recommend Tamonkan.

Shikitei Morioka TsunagiOnsen berjarak 7 menit jalan kaki dari Danau Gosho, menawarkan Wi-Fi gratis dan pemandian air panas indoor/outdoor. The food there was amazing! Multi course dinner was superb! Breakfast was delicious! The staff was exceptional. Highly recommended!

Komatsukan Kofu-tei terletak tepat di depan Teluk Matsushima, menawarkan akomodasi dengan akses internet kabel gratis. The staff were very nice and friendly. Also, the view from the room was gorgeous, since it's very near in Fukuura bridge, it can be seen from window. And the breakfast was delightful. A great experience and taste of a formal Japanese breakfast.

Berlokasi di Kitakami, 42 km dari Kuil Chusonji, Yasuragino Yado -Iyashino Yu- menyediakan akomodasi dengan WiFi gratis dan parkir pribadi gratis. I didn't take the breakfast, so I can't comment on it. Location was good for me since I wanted to walk everyday.
